As an experienced manufacturer of injection molds, we offer comprehensive services related to the design, construction, and implementation of molds for injection machines. We build tools in cooperation with trusted subcontractors – upon receiving an order, we take full responsibility for the design, construction, and production of the mold. We participate in its design process, suggest optimal solutions, and if the mold is intended to operate in our facility, we test it on our own injection molding machines. The test parts, along with complete technical documentation, are submitted for client approval; once approved, we issue the final invoice.
Our machine park is used for validation and trial injections, while mold bases and inserts are manufactured by external suppliers with whom we closely cooperate on engineering and technological aspects. This enables us to deliver both simple molds and complex multi-cavity molds intended for producing technical components for the most demanding industries, such as automotive and electrical engineering.
Our injection mold production is based on modern CAD/CAM systems and strict quality control at every stage of the process. Thanks to this, we deliver reliable and durable molds that ensure repeatability of parts and high efficiency of injection molding processes. Injection molds are delivered to customers worldwide – including in Poland – with guaranteed timeliness and professional service.
As part of injection mold projects, we also offer technical consulting, mold design optimization, as well as servicing and modernization of existing steel tools. This allows our partners to rely on support at every stage of the project – from concept, through mold manufacturing and validation, to their use in serial production. Our goal is to provide solutions that increase the efficiency and reliability of plastic injection molding processes (thermoplastic polymers, commonly known as “plastics”).

In 2012, we implemented the SAP Business One system – an integrated IT system based on ERP-class business process models.
Kaplast Sp. z o.o. operates in compliance with the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016.
The company is also equipped with a central system for drying and dosing plastics and colorants, along with a centralized feeding system for injection molding machines by Piovan, workstation grinders, and part-handling robots.

We receive an enquiry containing technical data, 3D models, drawings or assumptions for the mould design.
Step 2
Feasibility analysis and DFM
Our engineers conduct feasibility studies and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analyses to ensure optimal production of moulds and components.
Step 3
Arrangements with the client
We discuss technical details, suggest possible design changes and clarify the scope of the project.
Step 4
Valuation and offer
We prepare a comprehensive offer – cost estimate, schedule and technological assumptions.
Step 5
Mould design
Once the offer has been accepted, we proceed to design the mould – we prepare complete technical documentation (3D/2D).
Step 6
Form construction
We carry out the mould manufacturing process in accordance with the approved design. The time required depends on the complexity and technical requirements.
Step 7
Testing and optimisation
We conduct mould trials, analyse the results and make the necessary adjustments to ensure process stability.
Step 8
Serial production at Kaplast
After testing, the mould is implemented into serial production at Kaplast. We provide comprehensive services – from injection moulding and quality control to logistics.
