As an experienced manufacturer of injection molds, we offer comprehensive services related to the design, construction, and implementation of molds for injection molding machines. We build tools in cooperation with proven subcontractors – after receiving an order, we take full responsibility for the design, construction, and manufacture of the mold. We participate in its design, suggest optimal solutions, and if the mold is to ultimately work for us, we test it on our own injection molding machines. We submit the details from the tests, together with complete technical documentation, to the customer for approval; after obtaining it, we issue the final invoice.
Our machine park is used for validation and trial injections, while the bodies and inserts are manufactured by external suppliers with whom we work closely in terms of engineering and technology. This allows us to fulfill orders for both simple molds and complex multi-cavity molds designed for the production of technical parts for the most demanding industries, such as automotive and electrical engineering.
Our production of injection molds is based on modern CAD/CAM systems and strict quality control at every stage of implementation. This allows us to deliver reliable and durable molds that ensure repeatability of details and high efficiency of injection processes. We deliver injection molds to customers all over the world, including Poland, guaranteeing timely delivery and professional service.
As part of our injection mold projects, we also offer technical consulting, mold design optimization, and service and modernization of existing steel tools. This means that our partners can count on support at every stage of the project – from concept, through the manufacture and validation of injection molds, to their use in series production. Our goal is to provide solutions that increase the efficiency and reliability of plastic injection molding processes (thermoplastic polymers, commonly known as “plastics”).

In 2012, we implemented SAP Business One, an integrated IT system based on ERP-class business models.
Kaplast Sp. z o.o. operates in accordance with the requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016.
The company is also equipped with a central system for drying and dosing plastics and dyes, with central feeding to Piovan injection molding machines, bench grinders, and robots for picking up parts.

Our engineers perform a feasibility study along with a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis to ensure optimal mold and part manufacturability.

Technical Consultation
We discuss technical details with the client, propose design optimizations, and define the final project scope.
Step 4
Quotation & Offer
We prepare a detailed offer including cost estimation, lead time, and technical assumptions.
Step 5
Mold Design
Upon acceptance of the offer, we begin mold design – preparing complete 3D and 2D technical documentation.
Step 6
Mold Manufacturing
We proceed with manufacturing the mold based on the approved design. Lead time depends on complexity and technical requirements.
Step 7
Mold Trials & Optimization
We carry out mold trials, analyze the results, and implement any necessary adjustments to ensure a stable production process.
Step 8
Serial Production at Kaplast
Once the mold is approved, it is implemented for serial production at Kaplast. We provide complete support – from injection molding and quality control to packaging and logistics.
