1 Production Production The main department of our company is the thermoplastic polymers processing department equipped with modern, numerically controlled injection molding machines of the brands Arburg, Battenfeld, Engel and JSW with clamping force from 25 tons to 800 tons. Currently, we have 19 single-component injection molding machines with the possibility of producing two-component details after delivery of the unit. We produce details for various industries from raw materials such as: PA 6 and PA 6.6 also with glass fiber, POM, PC, ABS, PC-ABS, PMMA, PP, PE, SAN, PS and others, also in gas injection technology. The needs of our customers have meant that our qualified and experienced staff has been supporting them also in the field of injection mold construction for years. Our employees of the construction department carry out projects together with clients from the moment the drawing is created, introducing the necessary changes that will combine two issues: functionality and aesthetics.
