Kaplast Sp. z o. o. is a family company that started its operations in 2004. Since then, our main task has been the production of plastic products on Arburg, Batttenfeld, Engel and JSW injection molding machines with a clamping force of 25 to 800 tons. We produce details for various industries from raw materials such as: PA 6 and PA 6.6 also with glass fiber, POM, PC, ABS, PC-ABS, PMMA, PP, PE, SAN, PS and others. We also manufacture plastic parts using gas injection and two-component injection technology (2K), which allows us to produce details with complex shapes and increased strength. It is possible to use 2 materials with different hardness and in two different colors.

In addition, we have a small tooling department whose task is to maintain injection molds in proper technical condition. In connection with the next stage of implementation of the assumed development strategy of KAPlast Sp. z o. o. we purchased the ATOS ScanBox 4105 measuring device, on which we also provide measurement services. The ATOS Capsule scanner provides accurate measurement results with detailed resolution and fast data acquisition. ATOS obtains 3D measurement data that can be used to analyze industrial components such as sheet metal, tools and cores, blades, plastics, castings, prototypes and many more.
