Production of injection molds

The injection mold construction department is a key area of our business, where we carry out comprehensive mold projects – from concept to finished tool. We have modern design facilities based on CAD/CAM systems and a team of experienced engineers who supervise every stage of implementation. We work with selected subcontractors in the field of mechanical processing of bodies and inserts, while we take full responsibility for the design, construction, and implementation of the mold.

In order to meet the needs of our customers, we assemble and package finished products.

The needs of our customers have meant that for years our qualified and experienced staff have also been supporting them in the construction of injection molds. Our design department employees carry out projects together with customers from the moment the drawing is created, introducing the necessary changes that combine two issues: functionality and aesthetics.

High quality, timeliness, and after-sales service are the main attributes of our services.

Modern machine park

The main department of our company is the thermoplastic polymer processing department, equipped with modern, numerically controlled injection molding machines from Arburg, Battenfeld, Engel, and JSW, with clamping forces ranging from 25 tons to 800 tons. We currently have 19 single-component injection molding machines with the possibility of producing two-component parts after adding an aggregate. We manufacture parts for various industries from raw materials such as PA 6 and PA 6.6, also with glass fiber, POM, PC, ABS, PC-ABS, PMMA, PP, PE, SAN, PS, and others, also using gas injection technology. We also have a small tooling department, whose task is to maintain the injection molds in proper technical condition. The tooling department is equipped with, among other things, an ultrasonic cleaner and a dry ice cleaning device for injection molds. The company is also equipped with a system for drying and dosing plastics and dyes, with central feeding to Piovan injection molding machines, bench grinders, and robots for picking up parts.
